Comfortable but does not last - do not waste your $

I paid almost $250 for a king-sized fitted sheet in Oct. 2019. Two and a half years later, it has worn thin and ripped. We change our sheets weekly, washing one, and putting a different sheet on so it's not like the B&B sheet has been used continuously. The other sheets we use were a third of the price and still going strong. B&B said this was normal an offered my a 20% discount on a new fitted sheet. No thank you. I won't be buying anything from them again.

Commercial Fantasy vs. Real Life - Their products suck!

My wife and I had been listening to commercial for years with the line "3 US Presidents use there", so we thought we would give their sheets and pillows a shot.

Simply put, this was not worth even half of this. The fitted sheet never truly fit our bed and the pillows were lacking in comfort. So, we wanted to return them.
My wife got an email telling her to go to a return portal online. So, I did this while she was at work. It failed miserably. I couldn't get anything done, so I called customer service.
This was not easy either. I got diverted to an automated system that twice told me to go online. I finally hit zero multiple times until a live human answered.
They tell me that their system is down for maintenance. How the hell am I supposed to know that if there is no indication of it?
This company is in desperate need of help with their product and their customer service.
NEVER would I get anything from them again.

Scammy online company,avoid NO customer service

Ordered sheets from them, wanted to splurge a little and took a chance on this company, sheets arrived wrong size, thin,bad quality , disappointed after paying 300$ +80 in shipping. Phoned them they told me to send it back to their address. I did so paying for return shipping again ,Weeks later still no refund and they don’t take your calls, now I have to file a claim with PayPal after weeks of runaround. Avoid the place at all costs!

Ordered four down alternative pillows…

Ordered four down alternative pillows and disliked them very much. They were extremely heavy and not at all what I expected. Sent an e-mail requesting instructions for return. A week later I had not gotten a reply, so I called them. I got a recording telling me to go to a website. So I went there and filled out a form, which was rather nonsensical and if I hadn't clicked around on all the weird little unlabeled squares on the screen I wouldn't have ended up with UPS labels. Then I had to find four boxes, which I ended up getting at Total Wine, to ship the pillows back. Took them to the UPS Store and dropped them off.
Followed the tracking and I know they were delivered four days later. Then I waited a couple of weeks for acknowledgement of receipt, which never happened. No e-mail that the packages were received. Waited another week...still no acknowledgement. Called again and could not speak to a person. Extremely frustrated and I will probably have to do a chargeback with my bank.
I'm just so stunned that for all that money, this is the customer service I've received. I spent a ton of money on these pillows thinking that I would receive a fabulous sleep experience and would also receive stellar customer service. I feel scammed, bilked, and lied to. Will be contacting my bank tomorrow morning.
SO much money for such poor service! I thought I was purchasing a luxury experience but I ended up feeling like I'd purchased these pillows from Walmart.

Expected a Lot More for the Money

Convinced myself that $85 pillows would change my life and ordered four of them. They were well made and the fabric was smooth, but the "medium" down alternative pillows were really hard and inflexible and oddly heavy. Sent an e-mail asking for return instructions and a week later no one had replied. Called their 800 number and a recording told me to go to a website. The form I had to fill out was confusing and difficult to use; if I hadn't clicked around on all possible buttons I wouldn't have reached the page that produces prepaid UPS labels. Had to find my own boxes, which isn't the end of the world but these pillows are shipped to you compressed and are BIG once they puff up. It took a few days to find the right number and size of boxes and get all boxes into my car and dropped off at a UPS location. All in all, for the prices they charge, I would have expected better service and at least a human being to answer the phone or reply to my e-mails. I won't be trying any more of their products. It just wasn't the "luxury" experience I had hoped for._____________
Update: Three weeks and no one has replied to my e-mail yet. Still can't reach a human on the phone. Still no refund. Downgrading my rating to one star. Looks like I'll have to initiate a chargeback on my credit card. Such terrible service for so much money.

Based on my experience, it's impossible to reach a human being. No one responded to my e-mails requesting return instructions and when I called their 800 number I got a recording telling me to go to their website. For the money they charge, I expect a LOT of hand-holding, and that's not what I got.
